Ingredients

    1/4 cup Quaker Oats (large flake)
    1/4 cup Oat Bran
    1 TBS Flax seed (ground)
    1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
    1 cup water

Directions

Place oats, bran and water in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Top with applesauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon. (I use pumpkin pie spice)
