Introduction

This is one of my old favorites...one that I have not had in quite some time. In it's original version, it has been a hit at many parties as well. I decided to try to come up with a healthier version and see what it came out to in calories. It is still definitely not something you could eat a lot of, but if you really have a craving or you need a quick item to bring to a party, this dip is definitely a great option!
