Introduction

Dairy, egg and soy free. Dairy, egg and soy free.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 Cup - Oatmeal, dry
    1 Cup - Walnuts, chopped
    1 1/2 Cups - Whole Wheat pastry flour or white whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp each - cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom
    1 tsp - baking soda
    1 dash - salt
    2 tbsp - lemon juice
    1/2 cup - canola oil
    1/2 cup - maple syrup

Directions

Combine and set aside wet ingredients (lemon, syrup & oil).
Coarsely chop oatmeal & nuts in a food processor.
Combine remaining dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the oat/nut mixture to the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
