Introduction

Hamburger cups were a staple while I was growing up. They were easy to make, the ingredients were almost always on hand, and you could get a four and six year old to eat a vegetable. I changed the soup and switched to ground turkey. The cheese blend I use is a little lower in fat and calories, but you could shave off even more with a low fat cheddar. Very Good
I made this last evening and really loved it. I made it for 4. It was tasty, filling and very satisfying. I would make it again in fact you can change the filling with your own choosing and it still would be good. - 7/27/16

Finally a grown up version of the meatloaf cups my mom made when I was growing up. She used alphabet veg soup & put it in muffin pans. I will try this with frozen peas or mix vegetables and tomato soup. We loved it as kids but I didn't cook it much for my children. Can't wait to try this again! - 2/2/10
