The option to check actual ingredients has been changed, by SP, to now show calories PER serving, not the actual ingredients used per full recipe.

Beef stew must have potatoes, but who says they must be plain ol' white potatoes? I chunked up some yams, adding color and flavor, and my husband loved this recipe. He does not care for rice. - 9/18/09

This was a great stew. I added rutabaga and green beans. I usually hate stew but this was very very good. Hubby is taking some for lunch tomorrow and my son is taking some to give to his girlfriend. - 11/29/09
