    canned pumpkin (1 1/2 cups)
    milk (fat free) (1 1/2 cups)
    fat free, sugar free instant vanilla pudding
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    pinch of ginger

Directions

Whisk or beat together and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

    this is awesome!! Very good and it does taste just like pumpkin pie without the crust..I will make this often. I love anything pumpkin. - 11/3/09
