Ingredients

12 medium apples, mix variety, peeled, sliced
1.75 fruit salad, homemade
.5 cup brown sugar, packed
.25 cup granulated sugar
1 TBS. cinnamon, ground
.5 lemon, squeezed, 2 TBS. juice
.25 water
TOPPING:
1.5 cups flour
.5 cup oats
.25 cup wheat bran
2 tsp. baking powder
1 TBS. grated lemon zest
2 eggs, lightly beaten
.5 cup granulated sugar
1 cup soymilk
.25 cup butter
Directions
Makes 12 good size servings.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add first seven ingredients in large bowl and toss to coat apples.
In separate bowl, mix mix next five ingredients and set aside.
In a smaller bowl beat together the last four ingredients.
Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
Spray cook 3 quart baking dish and add apple mixture.
Spread topping evenly and bake for 1.5 hours or until top browns.
Serve hot or cold.
