Introduction

wanted to try something a lil different with the swiss steak recipe I had,,, also wanted to cut down on a lot of unnecessary extras.... this hit it! wanted to try something a lil different with the swiss steak recipe I had,,, also wanted to cut down on a lot of unnecessary extras.... this hit it!

Ingredients

    2 lbs round steak cut/cubed
    2 large onions sliced
    3 cups sliced mushroom pieces
    1 cup medium salsa
    1/2 cup diced tomatos w/green chilis
    1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning

Directions

after cutting up the steak, sprinkle with the garlic & herb seasoning & let it sit for a little bit. add the sliced onions, mushroom pieces, tomatos, & salsa & mix around til blended somewhat. Pour the mixture into a large skillet w/cover & cook on low heat for about 30 mins. stir well to prevent sticking & burning. recover & let simmer for roughly another 15 mins or til meat is done to your liking. Makes 8 servings give or take.
