    3 lbs Ground Beef
    1 lb Ground Pork
    3 cups Oats
    1 3/4 cup Milk
    8 oz Water Chestnuts, chopped
    5 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
    1 onion chopped fine
    5 Cloves Garlic
    3 Tbs Tabasco
    6 Tbs soy Sauce
    1 Tbs Cayenne
    1 Tbs Ginger
    1 Tbs Oregano
    1 Tbs Thyme
    salt and pepper to taste

    4 cups Brown Sugar
    3 cups Vinegar
    4 Tbs Paprika
    2 Tbs Salt
    3 Cups Pineapple Juice
    4 Tbs Cold Water
    8 Tbs Cornstarch


Mix ingredients from ground beef through salt and pepper. Form into small balls. Place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 350 for 10 - 15 minutes or until done.

Sauce: in a sauce pan combine sugar, vinegar, paprika, salt and juice and heat through.

In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water, blend till smooth; add to mixture in pan and cook till thickened. Add the cooked meatballs and heat thru.
