Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb (16 oz) Pink Salmon
    1.5 cups Long Grian White Rice
    1 bunch Green Onion (about 6-8 stalks)
    1/4 cup (4tbsp) Teriyaki Sauce
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper (Gound),
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

1. Cook rice according to directions.

2. Thinly slice green onions. Cut salmon into 1in cubes and season with black pepper.

3. Heat oil in pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add in green onions, reserving about 1tbsp for garnishing the finished dish, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add salomn to pan with onions and cook until opaque, 7-8 minutes, stirring occassionally.

4. Once the salmon is cooked remove it from the heat source. Add in rice and teriyaki sauce and stir until well blended. Place reserved green onion on top and serve!
