    ~Peaches, fresh, .5 medium
    ~ice 1 cup
    ~Coco Real Cream of Coconut, .5 oz (or approx 1 tbsp)
    ~Milk, nonfat, (Skim) 0.25 cup
    ~Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, 0.25 cup

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes approximately 1- 2 cup serving.
