Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 box Barilla Plus Pasta (whole wheat would work well, too!), cooked and rinsed.
    1 can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
    Half of a green pepper - chopped (I also like to use chopped green onions)
    1/2 Cup Fresh baby leaf spinach - washed well, chopped
    1 Bag Kraft Natural Italian Crumbles Cheese – add when ready to serve

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to box instructions.
2. Rinse with cold water, drain.
3. Add tomatoes, spinach and green peppers.
4. Add cheese when ready to serve.

This will keep in the fridge for a couple days at most.

Makes about 10 servings.
