Ingredients

    1 package of turkey thigh meats preferably cut into chucks with bone in it. half piece low sodium magie, two spring of fresh thyme, 2 tbsp of green onions, 2 garlics cloves crushed, 1 tsp of accent, 1 1/2 tsp of lawrys seasoned salt, 1 tsp of meat tenderizer, 1 tbsp of lemon juice,

Directions

wash meat put meat in a bowl w/ all ingredients mix it up real good. place dutch oven pan on stove heat up add 1tbsp of olive oil to pan and than add mixture and cook for 30 minutes. After meat is cook removed from pan set aside. Leave remains in pan lower heat to minimum, add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil & 1 tsp of tomatoe paste, brown than add 2/3 of a cup of chicken broth let cook for a minute than add meat again let cook for another minute. serve with rice serves 4.
