Ingredients

    7 Chicken Frozen Tenders; Costco (no skin)
    Chicken broth - 1 can
    Onion
    Mushroom
    Garlic
    2 cups white rice (uncooked)
    Salt and Pepper
    Parmsean Cheese

Directions

Cook chicken, onion, garlic and mushrooms together with salt and pepper until chicken is cooked. While chicken is cooking, prepare the rice using chicken broth instead of water. When rice is done add to the chicken mixture. Add in fresh brocolli and cook until the brocolli is just tender. sprinkle the top with parmsean cheese and serve. Makes 8; 1 cup servings
