Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour
    Yeast, bakers
    Granulated Sugar
    Salt
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat Breakfast Sausage
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Barilla Mushroom & Garlic Pasta Sauce, 2 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 20 leaves

Directions

Make dough, let rise for 30 min. in warm spot. Chop all fresh ingrediends and brown sausage in skillet, drain fat. Add chopped ingredients and spices. Cook over medium low heat for 20 min until watery from tomatoes. Drain in collander. Punch out dough on olive-oiled cookie sheet to fill flat on cookie sheet. Cook in 400 degree oven for 10 min to start browning. Pull out crust from oven and add drained, cooked ingredients. Add spinach leaves over top of cooked ingredients and spinkle cheese heavy over the top of the entire pan. Put in same oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Pull from oven, let sit 5 min. and cut into 8 equal sqaures and serve. Makes 8 filling servings.
