Ingredients

    # Tilapia filet, 16 oz (remove)
    # Lime Juice, 2 wedge yields (remove)
    # Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    # Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    # Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    # *Yellow Onion, Fresh (1 lg), .75 serving (remove)
    # *Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove), 3 serving (remove)
    # *La Codtena Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers (2 Peppers), 1 serving (remove)
    # Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Put the fish in a non-metallic bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Sqaueezze the juice from the lime over the fish.

Heat oil in skillet. Add tghe onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until softened. Remove.

Place 1/3 of the onion mix and a little of the chilies and cilantro into the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Arrange fish on top. Top with the remaining onion chilies and cilantro.

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until fish has cooked. Serve at once with lemon or lime wedges.
