Ingredients

    Leftover Pork Roast
    Onion
    2 pkgs. Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles
    1 C chicken broth

Directions

Cut up roast into bite size pieces. Saute with chopped onion until heated through. Meanwhile heat broth to almost boiling and add 2 crumbled pkgs of ramen noodles and cook through. Turn off heat when noodles are done. Quickly add seasoning packets and mix well. Add roast/onion mixture and mix well.
Serve with small side salad.
