Introduction

Yummy fat free whole wheat muffins -- I sneak in Benefiber and protein powder for some extra nutrition, but you can make it without either of these and the taste is the same. Ingredients

    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. brown sugar (or 1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
    3 overripe bananas, mashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together. Either line the muffin tins with foil cupcake foils or spray with oil (paper cups will stick to muffins). Fill muffin tins with mixture. Bake for 20-30 minutes until very lightly brown.
