Ingredients

    6T Olivio
    1 onion, chopped
    3c chicken stock
    10oz frozen broccoli cuts
    8oz small or medium egg noodles
    3c skim milk
    16oz 2% Velveeta Cheese

Directions

Saute onion in Olivio till soft. Add stock and heat through. Add frozen broccoli, heat through. Add egg noodles, heat for 5 minutes. Add milk and cheese, stir until combined. DO NOT BOIL. Serves 6-8 based on a 1-2 cup serving size.
