Ingredients

Orange Juice, 1/2 cup
Lime Juice, 1/2 cup
*Caraway Seed, 2 tbsp
Orange Peel, 2 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 3 tsp
Salt, 1/2 tsp.
Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp.
Chicken Broth, 1/2 cup
Lamb Chop, 1 1/2 pounds, 5-6 chops
Directions
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine orange juice, lime juice, caraway seeds and orange peel. Pour 1/2 marinade into a resealable bag large enough to hold chops flat side-by-side. Add chops and put in fridge overnight turning several times (whenever you get in the fridge just flip bag over) Cover and refridgerate rest of marinade.
Drain and discard marinade from chops. In a nonstick skillet over medium high heat, brown chops on both sides in oil until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. Season with salt and pepper. Remove chios and keep warm. Add chicken broth and reserved marinade to skillet; bring to a boil. Return chops to skillet; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 20 min. Uncover and simmer for 10 more minutes. Serve chops with juices from pan. Garnish with orange peel slices and parsley if desired. Makes 5-6 servings
