Ingredients

    2 medium sized white potatoes
    2 carrots
    one small cooking onion
    stewing beef
    enough water to cover ingredients
    Potato flour

Directions

Chop all vegetables
Throw all ingredients into crock pot.
Cook until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender. I turned on the crock pot around 8 am and when I got home from work at 5pm it was good to go.
Add potato flour at the end to thicken.
