Introduction

Used half the amount of butter by replacing it with plain greek yogurt. Used half the amount of butter by replacing it with plain greek yogurt.

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup quick oats
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup greek yogurt
    1/4 cup butter (salted)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 (14 ounce can) sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Combined the first 4 ingredients until you get a crumbly consistency. Then reserve 1/2 cup of crumbled mixture to side. Remaining mixture should be spread into a 9 x 13 pan. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, spread sweetened condensed milk on top, cover with chocolate chip, nuts and reserved mixture. Bake for another 25 minutes.
