Introduction

This is a quick great mix to make to use in quesadillas or burritos. This is a quick great mix to make to use in quesadillas or burritos.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 28 oz (remove)
    *Green Chile Peppers, Diced, 4 oz (remove)
    Bush's, Black Beans, 1.8 cup (remove)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp (remove)

Directions

Put ground turkey in pan and add taco seasoning, sear on med-high heat until cooked and then reduce to low heat. Add black beans, and green chiles and mix. Optional: dice red onions and tomatoes and add to the mix after it's cooked (keeps the tomotoes and onions fresh). Add a 1/2 cup to an 8 inch tortilla either Burrito style or quesadilla.
