Ingredients

1 box Fit & Active Wheat Rotini
1 16 oz bag of Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
1 26oz jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce
5 slices of Sargento Mild Cheddar cheese
Onions to taste
Bell pepper to taste
Olive oil for sauteeing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In sauce pan saute chicken with onions and bell peppers in olive oil. Prepare rotini according to package instructions. Drain chicken and drain rotini. Add rotini to pan with chicken and veggies. Add spaghetti sauce. Add mixture to 13 x 9 casserole dish. Top with slices of Sargento cheese. (May be better with parmesan. I only had mild cheddar in the fridge.) Bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
