Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Water
    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    2 Egg Whites
    1 TBSP Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    1/2 cup Strawberries, fresh
    1 TBSP Sliced Almonds
    1/4 cup sugar Free Log Cabin Syrup
    5 sprays I can't believe it's not butter spray

Directions

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in medium sauce pan. Add 1/2 cup oatmeal to water, reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 mins, or until water is fully absorbed.
In bowl put 2 egg whites and bisquick mix. Once oatmeal is cooked add to bowl and mix until well combined.
Bring a griddle or skillet to medium heat and spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Put oatmeal mixture in skillet or griddle like a large pancake. Cook for about 10 mins. Flip it and cook for another 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Put Oatmeal pancake on a plate and spray with I can't believe it's not butter Spray, then pour on 1/4 cup syrup, place strawberries and almonds on top.
