Ingredients

    2 skinless chicken breast lightly salt and peppered
    1.5 cups flour
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1/4 curry powder
    1 small head cauliflower or broccoli
    1 large onion diced
    1 large red pepper sliced
    1 clove of elephant garlic
    1 pint applesauce with cinnamon ( 2 cups)
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tbs garlic powder (if you like alot of garlic flavor) can omit
    1 tsp each ginger, nutmeg, cumin seed
    1 packet chicken boullion
    1c water

Directions

cube chicken breast 2 inch pcs no larger slightly salt and pepper chicken before cubing

add garlic and curry powder to flour put in zip lock bag and shake til mixed, add chicken and shake to coat chicken with flour mixture

oil large deep crock dish, add onions, garlic and red pepper. also add cauliflower in large pcs. Can substitute broccoli
add floured chicken toss ingredient in crock dish

in a bowl mix applesauce, water and spices..... if you like spicer just simply measure heavy with the spices and add some cayenne pepper to taste. should be sweet and spicy to taste.
pour apple sauce mixture over chicken and toss light til everything is coated. COVER

Bake in oven 350 1 hour or til chicken is cooked

serve on rice

cook 1 c rice to 2 cups of water bring to boil cover and simmer about 15 minutes
