Ingredients

2 chicken cutlets (thick)
1/4 cup white flour
1 egg
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp basil (spice)
dash of black pepper
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
4 slices of fresh mozzarella
1/2 cup of marinara sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinigerette
1 tbsp taco sauce
dash of hot sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp italian seasoning
4 broccoli florets
Directions
Chicken
1. mix egg with red pepper, basil, and black pepper
2. put flour in a bowl
3. put breadcrumbs in a zip lock bag
4. split each chicken in 1/2 making 4 pieces
5. dip chicken in flour, then egg, then shake in zip lock bag with bread crumbs
6. lay each piece flat
7. put each slice of mozzarella on each chicken
8.fold each chicken and secure with tooth pick
9. bake in oven until cooked well
Sauce
1. Heat sauce, balsamic, taco sauce, hot sauce, butter, oil, and seasoning in a sauce pan.
2. Steam broccoli
Combine
1. Put sauce on each piece of chicken
2. secure broccoli on tooth pick for design
