    Good
maybe I'm not used to fixing quiches. Although this was tasty, it was very thin and nothing like quiche. Suggestion - list what size pie plate / pan is supposed to be used. Mine resembled a pizze slice - very thin. Otherwise, taste was good. - 9/24/11
