Ingredients

2 round steaks, approx. 10 oz. each, or about 20 oz of the steak of your choice.
2 cups (uncooked) Minute Brown Rice
2 cups chopped frozen broccoli
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp olive oil
2 Tbsp. Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
Garlic Powder
Fresh Ground Pepper
Directions
Slice steaks into thin pieces about 1/8th an inch thick and two inches wide/tall.
Put a small drizzle (1 tsp) of olive oil in a frying pan or wok and bring to medium heat.
Add steak slices and dust lightly with garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. Add half the worcestershire sauce and szechuan sauce to the raw meat in the pan and cook until almost done, stirring often.
While cooking steak, prepare minute rice according to box instructions.
When steak is almost well done, add two cups of frozen broccoli to the pan and cover for 5 minutes.
After the five minutes, add the rest of the szechuan sauce and worcestershire sauce to the pan and stir until evenly coated. Add more pepper if desired.
Serve over brown rice (about 2/3 cup servings of rice per person when cooked).
