Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breasts halved
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
    Brown Mustard, 3 tsp
    Corn, Frozen, 1.25 cup kernels
    Beans, black, 1.25 cup

Directions

Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Add chicken. Combine salsa, sugar and mustard. Combine with beans and corn. Pour over chicken. I added a cup of water and a boullion cube to keep it from drying out. Cook in crockpot for 6 hours on low. Serve over rice or in a tortilla.
