Ingredients

2 chicken breast halves
1 cup Celery sliced on diagonally
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1cup shredded Chinese Cabbage (pak-choi)
1/2 bunch of broccoli
6 tbsp of Nestle Chef Mate Teriyaki Sauce or another Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp Chili Sauce (hot)
3 tbsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Marinate both chicken breats in 2 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce for 30min.
Meanwhile, take the rest of the teriyaki sauce and mix it in a small bowl with chili sauce and sesame oil.
Slice celery diagonally so the peices look like horseshoes.
Cut up broccoli bunch and shred cabbage.
Slice marinated chicken into strips and cook through.
Stir-fry vegetables in sauce mixture until desired firmness.
Add chicken strips to stir-fry vegetables the last five minutes to warm through.
Serve with or without noodles or rice.
