Ingredients

Shrimp (12 oz) -peeled and deviened
Red Onion (1/4 cup)
Hunt's Fire Roasted Tomato (1/2 cup)
Garlic Salt (1-2 tsp) -to taste
Tone's Spaghetti Seasoning (1 tsp) - to taste
Crushed Red Pepper (1 TBSP) -to taste
White Wine (1/2 cup) -substitute chicken broth if desired
Lemon Juice (1-2 tsp) -to taste
Fresh Spinach (2 cups) -chopped
Whole Wheat Spaghetti -8 oz dry
Olive Oil (1 TBSP)
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1-2 TBSP)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Add red onion and cook until tender. Add shrimp. Cook 3-4 minutes until they are pink. Add garlic salt, spaghetti seasoning, and crushed red pepper. Add tomatoes, white wine and lemon juice. Cook for about 1 minute and add fresh spinach. Cook for about 1 minute more until alcohol is cooked off.
Serve over spaghetti with sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
