Ingredients

    1 can Campbell's healthy request cream of celery soup
    1 large jar of Tostitos Chunky salsa (21 servings size)
    1 can red beans
    1 can of cream style corn
    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup of water
    1 packet of McCormick's white chicken Chili mix

    Additional suggestions - reduced fat sour cream, cilantro, avocado, cheese (not included in nutritional info)

Directions

Place all ingredients except chicken breasts in a crock pot and stir. Add frozen chicken breasts. Cook on high for 4-6 hrs. Shred chicken before serving.
