    2 T. Olive Oil
    1 Box of Whole Grain Wheat Pasta
    1.5 Chicken Breasts, diced
    1 pkg. Frozen Broccoli
    1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
    1 15 oz. can of petite diced tomatoes
    Red Pepper to taste (around 1/4 tsp)
    6 T. Parmesan Cheese (if desired)


Dice up uncooked chicken. Start cooking pasta, (add salt if preferred.) In a separate pot, add oil and chicken. Stir on med heat until meat is no longer pink. Add in broccoli. Cover and let simmer until broccoli is no longer hard. Add in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and cook until broccoli is as tender as you want it. Serve over Pasta. Sprinkle 1 T. of Parmesan Cheese if desired (add. 22 cal.)
