Ingredients

1/2 Large Banana
6 Strawberries Cut into Halves
Apx 30 Blueberries
3/4 Cup Plain Yogurt w/Skim Milk
OR 1(6oz) pkg Your favorite flavor of Yoplait Light Yogurt
8oz Dole 100% Juice Pineapple Orange
2 Scopes(52.6g) Amplified Wheybolic Extreme Powder
OR Any kind of Protein Powder on hand
OR Enjoy as a regular smoothie w/o extra protein!
Directions
Put banana, strawberries, and blueberries into a blender. Add yogurt, juice and 2 scoops protein. Throw about 5 large ice cubes on top and blend.
After no large chunks are left and all ingredients are smooth, poor half into cup and enjoy.
Poor remaining into ice-trays and freeze.
When rdy to prepare, take frozen smoothie cubes and simply put them into your blender and re-blend for a quick and still fresh n creamy smoothie anytime!
Also a good idea to make in advance, freeze, and put smoothie cubes into baggies for a quick, on the go, out the door, "Get up and Go" meal!
