Ingredients

    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil (Puritan, Canola, etc.)
    3 tbsp. skim milk
    1 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

Combine flour and salt in small bowl.

Blend oil, milk, and butter in large bowl.

Add to flour mixture. Stir with fork until forms large clumps.

Press into ball, and place on a piece of saran wrap. Place another piece of saran wrap on top, and flatten slightly, until it makes a pancake.

Place in refrigerator 10 minutes, until it hardens slightly.

Using a rolling pin, roll out until it makes at least a 10-inch circle.

Peel off top sheet, and flip into pie pan. Remove other sheet. Press, trim, and flute dough.

*note- makes a single 9" crust. If you are doing a recipe that requires 2 crusts, just double the recipe!
