Ingredients

    1.5 lbs. ground beef, 80% lean, browned
    1 medium onion, diced.
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    3 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 4 0z can diced green chiles
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    1 1/2 cups water

Directions

Brown beef and onion. Drain any grease.

Add remaining ingredients. Simmer together for 30 minutes.

Serve with cra ckers, bread, or shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
