Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Butter
    1 Cup Sugar
    2 Eggs
    2 Cups Flour
    1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
    1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    3 Ripe, Large Bananas

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Mix butter and sugar together, adding each egg in one at a time. Stir well.

Slowly integrate the dry ingredients (flour mix) into the wet ingredients (butter mix).

Mash up the bananas, either with a spoon or your hands (great way to get the kids involved) and add it to the mix.

Pour into a bread loaf pan and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes.

This recipe yields 8 to 10 pieces*.
