Ingredients

    10 oz. Mixed Salad Greens
    9 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast, cut into strips or cubed
    1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup onions, sliced
    4 slices Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, cooked & cut itno 1/2 in pieces
    8 tablespoons Kraft Light done right Ranch Dressing

Directions

Toss~ greens with chicken breast strips, cheese, tomatoes, and onion
Spoon ~onto serving platter, sprinkle with bacon
Drizzle ~with dressing

Makes 4 servings of 2 cups each.

    ok- I would have never thought to add bacon (cause I don't eat pork). thank god for turkey bacon! Excellent recipe! - 11/4/07
