Introduction

Way better then any canned soup out there. This makes a large batch of soup. I usually buy small 1.5 cup freezer/microwave containers and store them for later. When I have a taste for homemade soup, I pop one in the microwave and I am ready to go. Perfect for lunches at work or for healthy snacks for kids after school.
