Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    8 Oz Tilapia filet
    1 Tsp Ginger Root
    1 Clove Garlic
    2 Tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1 Cup Orange Juice

Directions

1. Heat Olive Oil in a heavy large skillet over medium high heat
2. Season tilapia with pepper; add to pan cook until brown on 1 side, about 4 minutes. Turn and cook until opaque in center, about 2 minutes longer. Transfer tilapia to plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
3. Add ginger and garlic to same skillet and saute 1 minute. Add orange juice and soy sauce and simmer until mixture is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
4. Add tilapia back to skillet to coat in glaze and heat through, about 2 minutes. Drizzle remaining glazee over tilapia before serving.
