    1-2 oz milk
    4 oz orange juice
    4-5 frozen strawberries
    2-3 frozen mango chunks
    4-5 frozen pineapple chunks
    4 oz light n' fit yogurt

    Add all ingredients into a blender or magic bullet, blend add small amounts of milk or orange juice or both as needed to your consistency.
