Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 pieces,
    Onion, 1 large or 2 small, chopped
    Soy Sauce, 4 soup spoons
    Olive Oil, 2 soup spoons
    Salt & Pepper
    Water

Directions

Put the olive oil in a preassure cooker and fry the onions lightly. Then add the chicken (in whole pieces) and fry them lightly. Add soy sauce, salt & pepper and water nearly covering e.th. Let cooking it for 15 minutes.
Once finished, separate liquid, let it cool and take fat out with a spoon. Then you can put it in ice trays and use it for other recipes


TIP: You can take bones out and have it ready for eating it hot with rice or cold in sandwiches with a little mayonnaise.
