Introduction

This also makes a good quick chili, or sloppy joe filling, just adjust the seasonings to your liking. If you aren't in a hurry, definitely opt for fresh garlic and chopped onion, as well! Ingredients

1 large can tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
    1 can Bush's Baked beans
1 lb 90% lean ground beef (or leaner if available)
    Dried Onion Flakes
    Garlic Powder
    Dried Basil
    1 cup water

Directions

Cook ground beef thoroughly in deep skillet, drain. Add onion flakes and garlic powder (or fresh) and cook until fragrant. Add Tomato Sauce, baked beans and basil combine well. Stir in water to thin sauce slightly, then simmer on low for about 15 minutes. Makes about 12 1/2 cup servings. I usually split into two containers and freeze some for a quick supper when I need it!
