Introduction

A great morning pick me up! A great morning pick me up!

Ingredients

    1 cup fat free plain yogurt
    2 cups skim milk
    2 large fresh, ripe bananas
    3 cups frozen mixed fruit
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 T honey

Directions

Place all items in a blender and whirl until smooth. You can also use tofu for the yogurt and soy milk for the milk.
