    * 4 cups Barley Lentils
    * 4 cups water
    * 3.75 cups (1 14 oz. bag) Flav R Pak Roasted Potato Blend, Grill Seasoned,


Mix water and lentils in a pot until blended. Add vegetables. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
