Introduction

Basic potato salad. This is my Dad's recipe - just substitued the light mayo. We like lotsa mustard, so you may want to cut that in half and add to your own taste. Basic potato salad. This went over very well. Really wished I had some green onions to add. My non-health conscious 15 yo said he would have liked it with some bacon in it! Maybe turkey bacon? - 7/17/11

Made this tonight; everyone liked it. I added chopped onion & celery- just because that's what we're used too. Also added a little dill. Was very good. - 5/15/10
