Introduction
I don't have a food processor so used my immersion blender to do any puree. I don't have a food processor so used my immersion blender to do any puree.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

8 yukon gold potatoes, chopped/peeled
1 large onion, chopped and split
garlic, however much you want
6 cups chicken stock
8 oz. light kielbasa
1 cup kale
1 tsp sage
2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
1 cup half and half
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Directions
Chop onions and potatoes.
Split onions.
Saute 3/4 of the onions and garlic, add salt/pepper.
Add potatoes, saute a few minutes more.
Add chicken stock
Simmer 20 min.
Puree potatoes
Saute remaining 1/4 onions with light kielbasa.
Boil kale for 4 min., then strain, add kale, 1/4 cup of kale liquid, pine nuts, sage to small bowl and puree.
Add kale and kielbasa mixtures to potato soup.
Add cream, stir and serve with parmesan on top.
