Ingredients

    1 large can tomato sauce (29 ounces)
    2 cups diced, lean beef - already cooked
    2 cups homemade broth
    4 cups water
    2 cups finely diced vegetables - confetti vegetables from grocery store are great (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, radish, carrots)
    1 regular can pinto beans and broth (16 ounces)
    1 14 1/2 ounce can green beans - rinsed
    1 14 1/2 ounce can shelly beans - rinsed
    1 bag frozen cauliflower and broccoli mix - about 12 ounces
    3/4 cup diced, fresh onion
    1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
    1/2 tablespoon onion powder
    1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
    1/2 tablespoon Ms. Dash Table Blend
    1 teaspoon dried oregano (NOT CRUSHED OREGANO)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Reduce heat. Cook uncovered for at least 45 minutes to as long as 2 hours. Add more water if thickens too much.

Servings are 1 cup servings - Makes about 20 servings.
