    diced chicken breast
    1 diced carrot
    1/2 medium sized cooking onion (diced)
    3 or 4 red new potatoes
    1 small sweet potato
    2 stalks of celery
    season to taste
    2/3 cups water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a oven safe baking dish and cook at 350 until chicken is cooked.
